The sponsor's argument

Why Robert Rolison says this is needed

This bill will allow the restaurant/bar located at 73 W. Main Street, Walden, NY to be issued a retail liquor license despite being within 200 feet of St Andrew's Episcopal Church. The restaurant/bar will help to bring jobs and revenue to the village of Walden.

This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
