The sponsor's argument
When nuisance wildlife control operators are dispatched to deal with a problem animal, there is a real possibility they will have to euthanize the said animal. This bill ensures that individuals seeking nuisance wildlife control are making an informed decision about the methods that may be employed.
This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
