Why Kevin S. Parker says this is needed

The purpose of this bill is to improve energy efficiency, by expanding. the build out of transmission lines throughout the state. This bill has the authority to establish a mapping, installation and efficiency plan that improves the build out effort by creating a more efficient and effective way to add new lines. Data collection will allow for studies to be conducted as needed going. forward to maximize the effectiveness of energy developments and to keep. up with the increasing need during clean energy transitions for all communities.
