The sponsor's argument

Why George Borrello says this is needed

The town of West Almond would like the ability to have a wider pool of candidates to seek the position of town justice due to the size of the town and potential candidate pool.

This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
