Why Steve Rhoads says this is needed

Police officer Frederick Maley was assigned watch at LaGuardia Airport. He was appointed to the Port Authority Police Department on October 9, 1984. He died on July 17, 2022, as the result of cancer that he devel- oped following his assignment to the search and recovery efforts at the World Trade Cetner site following the 9/11 Terrorists Attacks.
