The sponsor's argument
The town of Brookhaven has identified a need to enhance wireless commu- nication infrastructure to improve service and connectivity. The town will dedicate funds towards the acquisition of new parkland and/or towards capital improvement to existing parkland and recreational facil- ities.
This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
