The sponsor's argument

Why Dan Stec says this is needed

The Town of Hague is currently preparing a Local Waterfront Revitaliza- tion Program and is seeking for "Hague Brook" to be designated an "Inland Waterway."

This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
