The sponsor's argument

Why Dan Stec says this is needed

The Adirondack Family Book Festival is Brown Historic Site. However, they are Farm because it is a State Parks site, allows for authors to sell their books a great community event at the John prevented from for-profit sales at the which will hurt this event. This bill on site during the event.

This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
