The sponsor's argument

Why Cordell Cleare says this is needed

The State Master Plan on Aging was released in the Summer of 2025; it was the product of public hearings, meetings, and roundtables with stakeholders for over three years. The report is nearly 400 pages in length with over 100 specific proposals. Over a dozen bills have already been introduced based upon MPA concepts. Therefore, NYSOFA should have a public-facing, interactive, real-time dashboard to track progress on implementing the state master plan on aging.

This is the sponsor's own case for the bill, quoted from their memorandum. It is not Agora's description of what the bill does.
