Summary
This bill would require the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) to submit an annual report detailing the performance of any fiscal agents they have contracted with to perform financial administration tasks on behalf of a community-based organization, including receiving, holding, disbursing, processing, and recording funds or payments. The bill would also require DYCD to establish a feedback mechanism for community-based organizations to submit feedback about any fiscal agents used.
