Summary

This bill would require the Department of Finance (“DOF”) to expand its Fleet Program to include notices of violations for idling. More specifically, the bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to electronically transmit idling violations issued to participants in the fleet program to DOF. Further, DOF would be required to include such notices of violations in their commercial customer online services portal and provide instructions for responding to such notices of violation.
