Summary
The bill would provide that a 501(c)(3) organization does not lose its tax-exempt status, and is not treated as intervening in a political campaign for or against a candidate, solely because of the content of a statement made in the ordinary course of its regular exempt-purpose activities that adds no more than de minimis extra expense.
