Summary
Would require employers to give each employee 96 hours of paid leave at the start of each calendar year, usable for absences caused by physical or mental conditions or symptoms related to reproductive health or for obtaining reproductive health care. The leave would not carry over between years, and employers whose existing paid leave policies already provide enough leave would not have to add more.
