Certification of Signal Employees; Extension of Comment Period
The comment period closed Aug 13, 2026.
On May 15, 2026, FRA published an NPRM proposing to rescind FRA's final rule requiring the certification of signal employees. By this notice, FRA is extending the NPRM's comment period by an additional 30 days.
