Mr. CRAPO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate immediately execute the order in relation to the Westercamp nomination. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. Under the previous order, the Senate will resume consideration of the following nomination, which the clerk will report. The legislative clerk read the nomination of Kara Marie Westercamp, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.
